Neil has held multiple C level and board positions within technology businesses, with responsibilities spanning R&D, product, and marketing functions. He has defined and implemented market led strategies for private, private equity backed, and public companies with revenues ranging from £1M to £300M. His experience includes multiple M&A transactions on both the buy and sell sides.
Neil has an extensive network of executive level industry contacts, and he is a recognised contributor in many industry forums.
Neil holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering and is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
